SECURITY DEPOSIT
The security deposit is required as a guarantee of the property and can never be considered as payment of the monthly rent or for any other type of payment, it must be paid no later than the day of check-in.
Upon check-out, if no damages are found and all costs due have been paid, the security deposit will be returned within 30 days.
